To reduce it keep it short
Poor health, genetics, or stress. If stress or poor health, you would have to reverse those and maybe get some hair back. If it is genetic, then its time to either live with it, shave it, or buy a toupee.
My boyfriend has the same hair loss phobia so I will tell you what I tell him...................If there is a cure I am sure the stars would have it but however if you look at Bruce Willis, Michael Jordan, Anthony Hopkins and many, many more, there is nothing to do about it and it comes from your mothers side. Stress causes hair loss. I don't know why because I'm not a doctor or anything. But if you're stressed...take up yoga or take a bubble bath or something. Take 15 minutes out of your day to calm down--read, go for a walk, something you wish you could do more often but don't get the chance. 15 minutes out of 24 hours isn't much. It's worth it.





Genetics--some people have hair loss in their genes. If this is you, sorry. That really sucks. Wear a hat?





Health %26amp; Diet: Go onto google and research foods to help your hair. Or see a doctor. Your diet could be affecting your hair.





If none of these help, sorry. I don't know what else could be wrong.

There are lots of reasons but the main cause is zinc deficiencies. Get your doctor to do a blood count on you. See what you are lacking in and correct it with either diet or vitamins. Unfortunately if your mother's father was bald ther may be nothing you can do, but the vitamins can't hurt.
It can be genetics, stress, poor eating and health. I have a friend that lost theirs at 16 due to a accident and the stress that followed, so there can be many reasons. I'm sorry, but u can be sexy even tho u lost ur hair. For example women find bruce willis and vin diesel attractive, so don't think it makes u less, embrace it and you will come across as extremely sexy!
Try to keep them clean and eat foods with zinc and protein and use indian oils they are miracle!
